1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Syndraft, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Description of Service
Syndraft drafts technical content, documentation updates, community replies, and product-feedback reports from the sources and communities you connect. A person on your team approves each draft before it is published or delivered. Fees, plan, and any service credit are the ones on your order, not this page.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information during onboarding.
4. Intellectual Property
You retain all rights to the content you provide to Syndraft. Syndraft retains all rights to its platform, agents, and underlying technology. Content generated by Syndraft agents for you is yours once approved and published.
5. Restrictions
You may not use Syndraft for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Service without express written permission by us.
6. Limitation of Liability
You are responsible for reviewing drafts before they are delivered. Syndraft does not publish to your community or docs without that approval. Liability, uptime, and any service credit are governed by your order.
7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update and change the Terms of Service by posting updates and changes to our website. Your continued use of the Service following the posting of changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
