How we handle your data and protect your privacy at Syndraft.
1. Information We Collect
We collect the account details you give us (name, email, company, plan) and the sources you connect: docs URLs, changelog and API-spec URLs, and community channels. Connector credentials and BYOK keys are encrypted at rest. We do not ask you to upload patient, customer, or other private end-user records.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use that information to run Syndraft for your company: ingest the sources you connected, draft content and replies, and show them to your operators for approval. Drafts are not sent to another tenant.
3. Data Security
Connector credentials and API keys are encrypted with AES-256-GCM. Queries are scoped to your organization. Session replay, when Sentry is enabled, masks on-screen text and blocks media. These pages describe the product. Your order or MSA controls the commercial terms.
4. Data Retention
We keep company data while the subscription is active. After cancellation, company rows (drafts, knowledge, signals, credentials) are deleted after 30 days. The login user and organization record remain so the same person can belong to another workspace. You can export company data from Settings while the account is active.
5. Third-Party Services
To run the product we use OpenAI for embeddings and, unless you switch the platform model, for drafting; Stripe for billing; Sentry for errors and masked session replay; Vercel for hosting and queues; Resend for email; and your Postgres and Redis hosts. Optional connectors (Slack, Discord, GitHub, and the docs platforms you enable) receive only what an approved delivery or an ingest you configured requires. Anthropic or Google are used only if you select them as the drafting provider.
6. Your Rights
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information. You can manage your data and account settings directly through the Syndraft dashboard.
