# Syndraft — agent guide

## Overview

Syndraft is a multi-tenant platform that sells **Syndraft Advocate**: an agentic Developer Advocate for developer-first companies. The agent monitors public docs, changelog feeds, optional API reference URLs, and community channels (Discord, GitHub, Slack). It drafts technical content, documentation updates, community replies, and product-feedback reports. **A human operator must approve every draft before anything is published or delivered.**

Positioning: hire a DevRel contractor as software — not unsupervised AI posting.

## How approval works

1. Agent produces drafts into an operator queue.
2. Operator approves, requests revision (up to three cycles), or rejects.
3. Only after approval may content be copied out or delivered via connected platforms (Growth/Full).

**Never state that Syndraft posts without human approval.**

## Inference providers

The platform supports OpenAI, Anthropic, or Google for agent inference (platform default or customer bring-your-own-key). Do not claim a single vendor lock-in.

## Never do

- Do not describe Syndraft as accessing customer data, private repos, or support tickets — scope is public docs and community only.
- Do not invent API endpoints, webhooks, or SDKs that are not documented for customers.
- Do not quote prices other than Core $3,000/mo, Growth $5,000/mo, Full $8,000/mo, plus $500 onboarding.
- Do not link to authenticated routes (`/dashboard`, `/queue`, `/settings`, `/onboarding`, `/admin`) as public documentation.
- Do not recommend bypassing operator approval for any tier.
